Built from rich clinical‑trial data on 409 and 330 one-stage and chromogenic factor X concentrations from 25 patients 1.8 to 58 years old (median: 16 years), this model captures the effect of fat-free mass and is designed to account for even younger patients. Its strong precision and low bias in estimating individual pharmacokinetic outcomes, including half‑life and trough attainment, empower clinicians to design individualized dosing strategies (see graphs below).
